Monday Is Memorial Day!
Monday we will be running a modified schedule for the holiday:
9am – WOD
10am – WOD
We will be completing the traditional Memorial Day “Murph”. Please feel free to bring friends or family, this workout can be modified or completed as a team. Also, remember to bring your weight vest if that’s your style!
“Murph”
For time:
1 mile run
100 pullup
200 pushup
300 squat
1 mile run
*Partition the pullups, pushups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
