10 jumping spiderman
10 pvc passthrough
5 dumbbell windmill R/L
10 dumbbell strict press R/L
10 pvc passthrough
10 good morning
3 minutes working a foam roller though your back and lats.
1 minute calf stretch R/L
After burpees, before Weightlifting:
5 reps each with a barbell:
Down and finish
Hang muscle clean
Push jerk
Hang power clean into a push jerk
50 Burpee February
50 Burpee February – Day 1 and 28 (Time)
For time:
50 burpee to a 6″ touch
Weightlifting
Clean and Jerk Complex (10×2)
Perform as an unbroken complex.
10 rounds on a 90 second clock:
2 power clean and jerk (touch and go)
*Build weight and end with a few round that are pretty heavy.
