*Monday – Thursday this week we will be adding back our 7:30pm class led by Coach Adam! We want to gauge interest and possible bring it permanently back to the schedule.
Strength:
5 superset rounds on a 3 minute clock:
3 push jerk 70-80% of your max from last week
2 paused back squat (10 seconds in the bottom) using the same load
