10 rounds on a 2 minute clock:
2 fronts squats (pause 3 seconds in the bottom on the first rep)
*Start at 80% of your 1RM front squat and ascend if possible

30 clean and jerk 155/105#
*Yes, the clean must pass through a full squat.

Cooldown:
5 minute cooldown row, extremely light pace and slow stroke rate.
