Warm-up (No Measure)
10 pvc passthrough in an active squat
10 spiderman windmill
5 around the world each way
5 strict press
5 push press
5 Hang position down and finish
5 hang muscle clean
5 low hang power clean
Get barbells out and start warming into strict press and push press.
8 sets on a 2 minute clock:
Shoulder Press (5×2)
Build up and it a very heavy double for the day.
Push Press (3×4-6)
With your final shoulder press load.
Power clean 95, 115, 135/65, 80, 95#
Run 200, 400, 800m
Toes to bar
