Improvement comes from working at the edge of your current limitations and trying to push the borders just a little further out each and every day. As coaches we do our best to try to guide you to the edge. But, only YOU can expand those borders!

WOD:
25 minute AMRAP:
20 pistol
10 hang power clean 50% (of 1rm clean)
10 single arm kettlebell push press 53/35# (5L/5R)
50 double under (100 single under)

Post WOD:
Not for time:
Complete 50 strict dips and 100 V-ups.
*You may partition however you wish. Ideally, do larger sets of each movement with longer rest between to recover.
