At the call of go everyone assumes a high plank. Hold until you fail and once you fail you must continue to do no fewer than 10 abmat situps each minute until the whole class has failed. IF everyone fails prior to 5 minutes, then the group must continue to do their situps until they have done the set that starts at 5:00 on the clock
