Simple, but not easy! The Open is back and it’s time to test your mettle!
Warm-up
Warm-up (No Measure)
2 Rounds:
10 alternating shoulder taps (rnd 1: high plank, rnd 2: wall climb into handstand )
10 Spiderman windmill
10 hip to overhead with a lacrosse ball in the back
2 Rounds:
30 second goblet squat exploring hip and ankle range of motion
5 DB shoulder press R/L
10 alternating box step ups (increasing height of box in second round)
Metcon
CrossFit Games Open 22.1 RX (Ages 16-54) (AMRAP – Reps)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 wall walks
12 dumbbell snatches
15 box jump-overs
F: 35-lb. dumbbell, 20-in. box
M: 50-lb. dumbbell, 24-in. box

50 Burpee February – Day 25 (5 Rounds for time)
5 rounds for time:
10 standing touch burpee
*Use a marker that you can touch while standing. Do a normal burpee and stand up to touch your marker to finish each rep. No jump!
