Burpees are bad enough without having to do them in somebody else’s sweat! Don’t be that guy/girl who didn’t clean up their mess!
Strength:
10 minutes OTM:
Power snatch
Hang snatch
*Start with a manageable but heavy load and increase through the rounds if technique allows
Intervals:
3 rounds, 2 minutes rest between rounds:
300m row
400m run
Cooldown:
Spend 5 minutes working on single unders and or double unders.
*This should not be aggressive work, the intention should be on controlling motion and relaxing to conserve energy. DO NOT DO LARGE, TIRING SETS!
