5 crossover snow angel

10 squat and reach

5 90/90 raise and press

20 elephant trunk

10 I raise

30 second supinated grip hang

5 minutes for personal mobility

5 Devil’s press 50/35# dumbbell set

10 pullup

20 box step up 20/18″ box carrying dumbbells
