Warm-up
MetCon (10 Rounds for reps)
30 minutes alternating OTM:
1 clean 70-90% range (you may pick and stick or build to a heavy single)
30 seconds of lateral burpees over barbell
15-20 seconds of complex: pullup + toes to bar
*Each pullup and toes to bar counts as 1 scored rep. Score is your total reps (Burpee, pullup, toes to bar)
