Warm-up

400m run or 2 minute erg

10 sumo foldover

10 air squat

10 passthrough

10 front squat

10 strict press

5 around the world each way

5 push press

60 second squat and hold (20 knees out, 20 arms up, 20 slap hugs)

5 push press

20 90/90 hip switch

2 minutes of front rack mobility

Weightlifting

20 minutes to establish:

Push Press (1 RM)

MetCon

MetCon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

13 minute AMRAP:

5 hang power clean 135/95#

5 front squat

7 lateral burpee over barbell

*Rx+ for heavier barbell.
