15 pvc passthrough

20 90/90 hip switch

5 around the world R/L

5 reps each with PVC pipe:

Down and finish

High pull

High hang muscle clean

Front squat

Push press/Jerk

Low hang power clean and jerk

1 minute Olympic wall squat

2 minutes for a front rack stretch

Weightlifting

20 minutes to establish:

Front Squat (1 RM front squat)
