20 elephant trunk

5 snow angel

10 kip

10 Samson’s stretch

5 Y-raise and overhead squat

2 minute keg stretch

Weightlifting

20 minutes to establish a 5 RM overhead squat

Overhead Squat (20 minutes to establish a 5 RM overhead squat)
