15 PVC passthrough
5 around the world each way
10 spiderman (get low)
5 sumo foldover
1 minute banded lat stretch
10 Cossack’s squat
5 minute to work into and set up handstand drill/s
10 rounds of work. Start smooth and controlled and let the effort come to you as your heart rate raises and stays high. Throttle with the air squats and flutter kicks. This one is simple, but it’s sure to burn the legs!
MetCon (10 Rounds for reps)
30 minutes alternating OTM:
20 second of handstand drill (Pushups, holds, walks… anything upside down)
40 second flutter kick (Rx if you keep your flutter kicks going for all 40 seconds each round)
60 seconds of air squat
*Keep track of your air squats from each round, your score is your total squats completed.
