5 yoga inchworm
10 Spiderman to pigeon (3 second holds)
10 banded crossover / open R/L
10 downdog calf pumps R/L (3 second holds)
15 band passthrough
5 minutes for personal mobility
MetCon
Metcon (4 Rounds for time)
4 rounds each for time, 3 minutes of rest between rounds:
500m row or equivalent
10 burpee 6″ touch
400m run or equivalent
*Very fast rounds will be around 4 minutes, pace to recover during just 3 minutes of rest.
