High knees down
Butt kicks back
Stiff leg bear crawl
Lunge and twist
10 Spiderman (drop to elbows)
10 Sumo foldover
10 leg swings (forward/back, across) R/L
30 second pullup bar lat stretch R/L
1 minute couch stretch R/L
1 minute elevated hamstring floss R/L
5 minutes for personal mobility
