100 wallball shot 20/14# to 10/9′ (split, 1 works 1 rests)

80 burpee (split, both may work at the same time)

60 double dumbbell clean and jerk 50/35# dumbbell set (split, 1 works 1 rests)

40 toes to bar (synchronized)

200′ overhead walking lunge 45/35# plate (split, 1 works 1 rests)
