4 minutes of synchronized active hold:
Front rack (with dumbbells), Squat, Hang (from pullup bar) and handstand
*Mix and match as desired to accumulate 4 minutes of holds (each)
Then 3 rounds:
100 double under (2 minute window)
30 dumbbell power clean 50/35# set
100 double under
30 dumbbell push press
*Split work as desired.
Then another 4 minutes of synchronized active holds.
