50 synchro kettlebell swing 53/35#
200m run (carry 1 object per team 45/35#)
50 single arm overhead squat
200m run (carry 2 objects per team 45/35#)
50 synchro abmat situp
50 burpee box over 24/20″
200m run (carry 1 object per team)
50m synchro bear crawl or 100′ handstand walk (Rx+)
The run and synchro movements are done together. The overhead squats and the burpee box overs are done 1 working while 1 rests.
