Lateral slide down and back
High knees
Butt kicks
Tip toe
Heel walk
High kick
Knee hug + Samson’s stretch
15 pvc passthrough
10 good morning
5 around the world each way
5 hang clean into thruster
30 second staff stretch R/L
10 scap pullup
15 second slap hug
10 kip
15 second arm circles
10 pullups (last 5 done as quick singles)
5 minutes to work you mobility concerns
Set up and warm your thruster to a decently heavy start

CrossFit Games Open 23.2A Rx (All Ages) (AMRAP – Reps)
Complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 burpee pull-ups
10 shuttle runs (1 rep = 50 ft)
*Add 5 burpee pull-ups after each round.
CrossFit Games Open 23.2B (All Divisions/Ages)
Immediately following 23.2A, athletes will have 5 minutes to establish:
1-rep-max thruster (from the floor)
