Competition time!

This Saturday RJ and Coach Phil will be competing in the Rookie Rumble at Chagrin Falls CrossFit! Come out if you’d like to cheer them on. Their heats will be running at 9:00am, 11:12am and 2:25pm.

Next weekend CLE Barbell Club will be competing at the 2nd Annual JT Kalnay Memorial Olympic Lifting Meet. Check out the event page for details and come out to cheer on Kara, John and Caitlin!
