Our CrossFit program focuses on building fitness by including aspects from multiple training disciplines. We lift heavy weight frequently to maximize our strength and speed. We perform gymnastics movements to better understand and control our bodies. We work to improve our endurance with a range of “cardio” exercises. We mix these aspects together in highly effective workouts that are often short and intense while competing with the clock to maximize our potential.
