After recovery,
Max Reps - Kettlebell Swings
Perform Kettlebell swings until you have to drop the kettlebell. 3 rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

So not that I can tell for sure, because my hair is really thick and full and not thinning, despite what the SuperCuts Lady may say, but I might have a huge spot of turf burn on my scalp from handstand push-ups, but again I can't be sure.
