As the senior member of CrossFit CLE (since 2007 beyotches!!!), I am hereby declaring that the month of February is muscle up month. Everyone-EVERYONE-is to work on their muscle ups. If you can already do one, work on multiples. If multiples are easy, work on dead hang. If you can't even do one, work on greasing the groove and building up to a single. Make them part of your warm up or cool down

I think only those with 10+ consecutive double-unders should be allowed to declare a month. This is fair to everyone with "seniority". We are after all a performance based program, not a fraternity. ;-)
