Move weight from shoulder to overhead in any way you choose. (135 / 95) e.g. Shoulder press, push press, or push jerk

*There is NO rest during this work out. You are trying to complete as many reps as you can in a continuous fashion for the full five minutes. Good luck! It's gonna be a rough one.
