Zone Nutrition Seminar
We all have fitness goals. Whether they are to lose weight, gain weight, put on muscle, get stronger, achieve faster times on the WODs, or just feel better and become healthier overall, those goals can and WILL be easily attained through proper nutrition. Proper fuel for your body ensures that it will function at its optimal level. If you are new to the Crossfit world, looking to improve your eating habits, or didn't have a chance to attend in the past, this seminar is for you!

We will be hosting the next Zone Nutrition Seminar on Sunday, January 24th at 12 pm. This date is tentative, based on how many people are available to come that day. We will be introducing the Zone diet to you, which is one of the two nutrition programs that most, if not all, Crossfitters use. You will learn more about the how's, what's, and when's you should be eating to improve your performance in the gym and live a healthier lifestyle outside of it. We will design a nutrition plan that is catered specifically to YOU based on YOUR goals and what YOUR body needs. Spend a couple hours with us to learn about the most important thing your body needs, especially as a Crossfit athlete - the right food.
