OK. That SUCKED!! I am usually a pretty good rower, but by the time I hit the rower today, I was gassed. We don't have a GHD (did regular situps), and I didn't know what a waiter lunge was, so did regular walking lunges with a 20lb DB in each hand, did 225 on deads and the rest as RX'd. 22:22
