40 yard bear crawl
Repeat for 3 rounds with 1 minute rest in between rounds.

February 6 is Cleveland's annual Tackle the Tower -- a race to climb up 37 flights consisting of 646 stairs at the Tower at Erieview. If there were 37 flights to climb in our building this would probably be a WOD! But because there's not (aren't you lucky!) we invite you to attend this event wearing some type of CrossFit gear.
We are coordinating so that we can start together as a team. Please register with us for free if you'd like to participate. While our registration is free, the actual event fee is $20 and goes to Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland.
