We want you guys to do the 2K row before the strength portion of the WOD for two reasons: one being that it's good to change things up every now and then and secondly because we would like to get an idea of everyone's best 2K row times. Gotta do it FRESH! This is essential for us to know, especially since we have the rowing competition, The Hammer, on February 21 at Murphy Field House in St. Ignatius High School. We want to represent Crossfit CLE with all our excellent rowers!

Pulled a 7:29 on the 2k row...gave the suck a little smooch and survived..I got a better time in me, just not today.
