Specialists

As CrossFit athletes we specialize in not specializing, but that doesn't mean we don't value the specialist. As a gym we're committed in bringing the best to you, so that collectively we all become better athletes. When learning a new skill, like the clean & jerk or the snatch, consulting a specialist is sometimes the best way to learn. Coach Dan Bell will be hosting his first of several Olympic Lifting seminars this January. Coach Adam Kantalas who runs our Sunday class recently went for his Russian Kettlebell Certification. CrossFit Cleveland West is hosting a CrossFit Gymnastics certifcation in February and SPC CrossFit is hosting a CrossFit Running and Endurance certification in June. Also Coach Travis will be holding another Zone nutrition seminar soon to help participants in the Fantasy Fitness Challenge get that extra edge.

Happy birthday, Darren! We hope all your fellow CLE athletes enjoy this chipper in honor of you. Now can anyone guess how old he's turning?! Thank God not fifty or anything -- this workout would be even tougher.
