Warm-up
Range Of Motion
with Handstand Practice (skill work)
Strength
Clean & Jerk 5 sets x 3 reps
(These are full squat cleans.)
Workout
5 rounds for time of:
5 Deadlifts 275/185
10 Burpees
Post times on whiteboard.
* Deadlifts must start and finish on the ground with constant grip on bar. In other words, don't drop bar at top of lift. Burpees must be chest to deck with full extension and an overhead hand clap at top of jump. The coaches WILL call you out for cheating range of motion.
Active Cool-down
Partner Stretching - at least 5-10 minutes each athlete
