12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks

Post time and level selected.

L5  Less Than Or Other Than

Here's the deal: choose a level which you will start and finish for the WOD. Do not drop weight during the workout. If your ego says 135-pounds is right for you, it's 20-minutes into the workout, and you're on Round Two, you over-estimated, eh... If you ABSOLUTELY MUST drop weight, do it. (And yes, I do have a penalty for the challenge.) Be smart. Choose an appropriate weight and complete the workout safely (and fast).

The 2 Mile "Christmas" Tabata

Do 20:10 x for 2 miles (if running).
20 seconds on, 10 seconds off.
Complete stop/rest on the 10 second rest period.(do not slow to a jog, stop moving).

This was from Crossfit Endurance that are posted for running, swimming or biking, depending on your sport, so don't do all three, unless of course you want.

I still hate myself for posting this.
