Consistency

Intensity is important, and we measure that with the clock. But consistency perhaps is even more important - one day per week intensity won't get you anywhere. Before today we did not have a way to measure member consistency, but today we mailed out membership key cards to everyone.

CrossFit CLE membership card.jpgThe membership cards are integrated to your online CLE account. Each one has a barcode that you will scan before you can participate in a workout. To view your attendance history going forward you can:
1) log on to me.crossfitcle.com
2) click on 'My Info'
3) click on 'My History'

Just to clarify, these are full clean and jerks - starting from the floor, catching in a full squat (with nice, high elbows, of course), and push-jerking to the top,  locked-out overhead to complete the movement. This one is a gasser! You'll hate it.  You'll love it. Or maybe you'll  just love to hate it.

Is it possible to make "me.crossfitcle.com" a permanent link on the right side of the homepage where "hours/schedule" and "location map" are currently located? I'm thinking it may be easier for folks to access the homepage and link onto their account from there... Just a thought...
