CrossFit works, but why keep your story a secret? Jackie Hollan has taken on a more committed role with CrossFit CLE and will be promoting individual success stories in our gym and keeping us in touch with past members who have moved away but continue to CrossFit. If you have a success story, whether you have overcome injury, have lost a lot of weight, have seen serious performance improvements as a result of your training, or are just thankful that CrossFit is now a part of your life, please share with jackie@crossfitcle.com

That's a lot of wall balls, folks. Practice getting your rhythm down and become more proficient at 'em so  the next time we do "Karen" (150 wall balls for time, for all you newbies out there) you should ALL  have some serious PRs!

what time is the WOD on Saturday? The last few weeks, it has been 9:30 per the main page but the hours/schedule page says 9:00.
