With a continuously running clock, do 1 pull-up every minute on the minute until you can no longer finish the set amount of pull-ups in the minute.

I did this on saturday and acquired 3 new holes in hands. Mike is right it makes washing your hands "teh" suck.
Hand rippers-are you filing down your callouses? I haven't ripped in a long time since I started doing it on the regular.
