With a continuously running clock, do 1 pull-up every minute on the minute until you can no longer finish the set amount of pull-ups in the minute.

I have no skin left on my hands after that pull-up business. This is leading to bad hygiene because it stings too much when I wash them. I need more chalk or tougher skin.

I'd say yeah! to Cindy, I agree with Nora and Mike I'd say tough'n the F$#K up! Also you tons of Antibiotic Ointment or liquid skin...which really hurts more

I did this on saturday and acquired 3 new holes in hands. Mike is right it makes washing your hands "teh" suck.
