Saturday, July 18 Rest Day
Coach Travis is holding another Zone workshop. Proper nutrition is the one of the most important aspects of our training regimen. Remember: you wouldn't piss in the tank of a Ferrari, so don't do it to your own body. You want better performance from life, feed your machine premium fuel.
The workshop begins immediately following the 10AM WOD. CLE members pay $40; non-CLE athletes pay $50. Bring a pen, paper and healthy appetite to learn more about the foods you eat.
Sunday, July 19th WOD
Coach Adam is holding a workshop for everyone who asked to learn more about proper kettlebell techniques and workouts. Cost for CLE members is only $5! It's only $15 for all non-members. This is a great opportunity to learn some fundamentals from an awesome KB coach.
The workshop begins at 10AM. Coach Adam will also have a kettlebell-centric WOD for the day's workout. Make sure you bring a hand towel.
