Saturday, June 6th, CrossFit CLE will be closed for classes and attending The First Annual Northeast Ohio CrossFit Challenge at SPC-CrossFit [The Barn] in Kent. Spectators are welcome! Bring friends and family out for a great day of CrossFit fun and camaraderie, and support the area's athletes competing in the events. More information can be found at:

Saturday's CFCLE workout can be done at home, the park, from a street sign in the street; all you need is a pull-up bar or some portable rings.
