5K Run/Row
Don't feel like the 5K? Come try this month's Painstorm WOD (CrossFit Central Scotland).

Run 400 meters
20 Push-ups
10 Dislocates
Row 400 meters
20 Squat Jumps*
10 Dislocates
* Try to start each jump with a nice deep squat and explode straight upward. Land and continue down into another squat and jump up again.

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Thrusters
Pull-ups
Squat Cleans
Ring Dips
Deadlifts
HSPU's
Use the same load for all weighted movements. Feeling a little nuts, use Fran weight (95/65)... Bordering on lunacy, try it with Elizabeth's weights (135/85)... Absolutely insane folks use Diane's weight (225/185).

Hey one note, I love painstorms here but can we try to do them on the weekends?
The Painstorm was simply an option. The day's WOD was a 5K run. In the AM, some folks wanted something other than a run, so I posted the Painstorm [since it had just been released].
