Just a couple tidbits from the gym recently...

Rebecca Jackman, Eric Purcell, and Joe Shininger competed in last weekend's NEO CrossFit Challenge. Each performed excellently and kicked major ass. Congratulations on great performances throughout each grueling workout!

Jim Marino and family are spending the weekend in Boston at the CrossFit Nutrition Seminar. Jim has found a great deal of success -- losing pounds, reducing his body fat, and improved performance during WODs -- since dialing in his Zone.

Later this month, Rebecca and Luke Pliakis are trekking east to Jersey in search of their CrossFit Level One certifications.
