Once again Crossfit workouts recently had me so tired after completing them that I thought that I wanted to die! I did'nt but what I found that after going home and getting some rest,I felt stonger and mentally tougher and confident! The days of training one to three hours are over! A Crossfit day that ends in a twenty to thirty minute workout leaves me drained. I believe in Crossfit so strongly,when I trained before Crossfit I was waisting my time. I'm fifty six and in the best condition in my life and I've been training for over thirty eight years,you can teach an old dog new tricks! Crossfit for ever!
