Today is a great day to start filling up the Top 3 board.
Buy-in
21 Pull-ups [Yes -- these are today's pull-ups. Lots to do in WOD. Just get 'em finished early.]
4 minutes of Tabata Jump rope
50 Sit-ups
WOD
"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pullups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Post rounds on Whiteboard.
To qualify for Top 3 Board:
- WOD must be Rx'd. An * will represent non-Rx'd WODs.
- WOD must take place at CLE with trainer present as witness
Hmm -- sure we'll think of plenty more guidelines for legitimacy.
Also for today's WOD: keep head facing forward and get chin OVER bar on pull-ups, chest should TOUCH the ground and arms completely lock out every push-up, and use a medicine "butt" ball and make sure those hips get low -- butts touch ball -- on ALL your squats.
