Burpees in the summer breeze... This month we're tackling everyone's favorite full-body exercise: the burpee. Here's the catch:

  • Chest must touch ground
  • Hips must completely open and extend
  • Hands above head on jump
  • JUMP AS HIGH AS YOU CAN ON EACH BURPEE

Thankfully, there are only 30 days in June. YAY, BURPEE!
