THE ZONE WORKSHOP

The Zone Workshop with Coach Travis is changing dates from May 3rd to Saturday, May 9th at 11AM. Join us at 10AM for a SPECIAL group workout. The Zone Workshop starts promptly at 11.

Spend the afternoon learning the science and implementation of The Zone and how to optimize performance, health, and longevity through proper nutrition. Can you commit to 45-days of good food? Yeah, thought so.

Finely-tuned, a good diet will increase health, energy and sense of well-being, while reducing fat, adding muscle and optimizing your human performance. Most of CrossFit's best performers follow The Zone Diet, which seems to accelerate and amplify the effects from CrossFit training.

Coach Travis will explain how to start and easily stay "dialed into" your Zone. Spend some time creating realistic, observable, and, most importantly, attainable goals. Attack your current eating habits. You can't keep fueling your body with cheap gas and expecting high-octane performance. Measurements -- such as body fat percentage -- will be taken, individualized programs, and progress will be tracked over a 45-day period of time.

The course costs $40 for members; non-members cost is $50.

Make sure you register now for The Dutch Lowy Training Workshop on Saturday, May 30th. Spend the day with Dutch, one of CrossFit's top national trainers and athletes, learning what it takes to turn yourself and your clients -- for all those trainers and those aspiring to be -- into superbeasts.

The workshop covers all facets of becoming a better CrossFit athlete and trainer; e.g. programming, the intangibles and responsibilities of a good trainer, teaching intensity and the movements, and building a community within your box.

THE NEO CROSSFIT CHALLENGE -- June 6, 2009
