Tuesday WOD

Warm-up
For time:
20 Burpees
10 Sit-ups
30 Double-unders (x3 singles)
10 Burpees
20 Sit-ups

Workout
"Nicole"

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
Run** 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round and totals.
** If it snows, substitute run with Row.

Cool-down
25 Dislocates
5-10 minutes of stretching.
