April 4 WOD

The final session of our Elements course will be this Saturday at 9:00 AM. We will start the day's WOD approximately at 10. See you at the gym!

WOD

Warm-up
For time:
10 Burpees
20 Tuck Jumps
30 Squats
40 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders [x3 for singles]

Workout
10 rounds for time of:
10 Pull-ups
10 Ring dips

Warm-down
5 minutes of handstand holds

Let's work extra hard before heading into our next rest day.

1. Tuck jumps are sweet but for some reason I was swinging so hard I was feeling strain along my ulna nerve(pinky side) in my fore arm.
B. my time 12:31 Blue rubber band on the ring dips.
Goal for next time: No Rubber Band!
Third: can we carry on the nine class with some kind of oly/further barbell instruction and strength work drills and skills class?

Oh yeah I am not going to make it in the morning on Monday thanks to work, I will hopefully be going to the evening class provided I find someone fit to sit with them my lil maniacs. I swear its only on those days where I will then have to go through my work day with the nervousness of knowing killer wod's like Murph and now Fight Gone Bad luming around at the end of the day just waiting to sallow me up.
