April 29 Rest Day & The Nine [Day One]
The Nine is CrossFit CLE's elements course designed to serve as an introduction to the CrossFit Methods, where you learn the basic functional movements most often utilized in our workouts.
The elements courses are required to be attended by crossfitters who have tained at CLE for less than 30 days. We highly suggest everyone to attend these sessions; you will need these skills to continue training with us, advance in our new skill levels, and become a better, stronger human athlete.
If you're new to CrossFit, the course teaches the proper techniques to get you moving quickly with more ability and better understanding in CrossFit's methodologies. If you're already familiar with CrossFit, our sessions will serve to sharpen your form and assist you with mastering the essential movements needed to become a better CrossFitter.

April 29 (The Squats)
May 3 (The Presses)
May 11 (The Pulls)
Each date will includes a make-up WOD for those not working with The Nine. The elements courses will be morning and evening each day to accomodate everyone's varying schedule.
