Basic CrossFit Warm-up (3 rounds)

100 Inverted burpees for time

inverted-b.jpgIf you can't do handstands, sub chest-to-floor push-ups for the handstand portion of the inverted burpee. If you can't do chest-to-floor push-ups, do box push-ups.

Pack; 75 inverted burpees for time
Pups: 50 inverted burpees for time
