WOD

Warm-up
Three rounds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Workout
"Tabata No Really..."
KB Swings M 55/W 35
Push-ups
PVC OHS
Burpees
Rowing
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times for each movement before moving onto the next exercise. Rest 1-minute between movements. Your score is the total of all reps counted for each of the 5 movements.
Cool-down
Hydrate and stretch!
