April 19 WOD

Who's idea was it for us to row, do burpees, and run? Think I found another kryptonite workout! Ugh. And after nearly losing a lung, I want MORE!

Since we've hit the Total a couple times over the past few weeks, a variation is required. Ready for a Painstorm?

"Total Death"

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for time of:
Back Squat 1.25 x BW (body weight)
Press .75 x BW
Deadlift 1.5 x BW

*** Can't do prescribed weight? Harden up and GO HEAVY. Find a weight which challenges you.

This destroyed me - had to modify it.
I did 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (skipped 9 and 7) of 230, 135, 265 in 33:30. That was as bad as Murph.
